Alderman Nicholas Lyons
The Rt Hon. the Lord Mayor of the City of London
Alderman Nicholas Lyons took office as the Lord Mayor on 11 November 2022. He previously served as Sheriff of the City of London in 2021-22. He is currently taking a sabbatical from being Chairman of Phoenix Group Holdings, the largest player in the UK retirement and long-term savings industry and a FTSE 100 company. He sits on the boards of Convex Group, a specialty insurance underwriter and Miller Insurance Services, a London market insurance broker. He is a member of the Leadership Council of The CityUK, the Advisory Board of the International Business & Diplomatic Exchange, the Association of British Insurers and the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Deputy Chris Hayward
Policy Chairman, City of London Corporation
Chris is the Policy Chairman of the City of London Corporation. In his role he speaks for the financial and professional services sector of the UK to Government and internationally. He is a former Deputy Leader of Hertfordshire and Dorset County Councils and was first elected to Common Council of the City of London Corporation for Broad Street Ward in March 2013 and continually re-elected since. He had a career as Managing Director of Companies in the Construction, Aviation Infrastructure and Global Events Management Sectors. He is now a Non-Executive Director of various companies in the commercial property, planning and communications sectors.

Huw Evans
Partner, KPMG
Huw brings extensive knowledge and understanding of the insurance and long-term savings market. Huw helped set up Flood Re and served as the SID of its board from 2016-20. He was also a board member of TheCityUK prior to joining KPMG.
Prior to KPMG, Huw led the Association of British Insurers (ABI) for 7 years as its Director General. Previously Huw worked in banking and as a special advisor in 10 Downing Street and the Home Office in Tony Blair’s government, having begun his career as a journalist.
Sheila Nicoll
Senior Public Policy Advisor, Schroders
Sheila is a Senior Public Policy Advisor at Schroders. Previously she was a Senior Adviser at EY and from 2007 to 2013 she was at the Financial Services Authority where she supervised the whole range of mid-sized financial services institutions during the financial crisis, before becoming Director of Conduct Policy and part of the leadership team which created the Financial Conduct Authority.
Previously she was Deputy Chief Executive of the Investment Management Association and held several policy roles at the London Stock Exchange, including before and after “Big Bang”. She chairs the Board of the International Regulatory Strategy Group Committee which advises the City of London Corporation and The CityUK and is a member of the Council for British Industry’s Financial Services Council.

Senior Data Strategy and Privacy Policy Advisor to the Centre for Information Policy Leadership
Vivienne's current roles include Chair of the International Regulatory Strategy Group Data Committee, Senior Data Strategy and Privacy Policy Advisor to the Centre for Information Policy Leadership, Non-executive Director of Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation and Vice Chair of the Risk Committee, Board Advisor to Privacy Culture, and is on the UK International Data Transfers Expert Council, providing independent advice to government.
Previously, Vivienne was Chair of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and a Managing Director and Chief Privacy Officer at the London Stock Exchange Group, Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters. Vivienne was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours in 2021 for services to financial services and gender diversity.
Chris Woolard CBE
Partner, Chair Global Regulatory Network, EY
Chris joined EY in 2021 and chairs the EY Global Regulatory Network. He leads EY EMEIA and UK financial services regulation, and UK Fintech. From 2013, he was Executive Director of Strategy and Competition at the Financial Conduct Authority, a member of the FCA’s board and latterly interim Chief Executive in 2020. He founded FCA’s ‘Project Innovate,’ designed to encourage innovation in the financial services market and the FCA regulatory sandbox.
Chris was also a member of the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Committee and the Financial Policy Committee. Chris has held senior roles at Ofcom, the BBC and in the UK Government. He was awarded a CBE by HM the Queen in 2021 for services to financial regulation and fintech. He is also a freeman of the City of London.

Rebekah is Lloyd’s Sustainability Director and is responsible for developing and delivering Lloyd’s ESG strategy. This includes leading Lloyd’s action leadership platform, Futureset, together with its strategic sustainability initiatives. This includes His Royal Highness, Sustainable Markets Initiative Insurance Task Force, comprised of CEOs from a number of the largest and most influential global insurance and broker firms who are working to drive progress as a group and accelerate the pace of industry transitions towards a more resilient and sustainable future. Rebekah sits on the University of Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies Advisory Board, together with the ClimateWise Managing Committee.
Neylin Mutlu
Global Business Manager - Centre for Carbon Transition and Sustainable Solutions, J.P. Morgan
Neylin is the Global Business Manager for the Center for Carbon Transition (CCT) & ESG Solutions Advisory. She is also the senior CIB ESG Business Manager in the OCFO organization leading the global delivery of novel and complex ESG Regulatory and Disclosure requirements.
Prior to this role, Neylin did various business management roles in Global Investment Banking (Global Mergers and Acquisitions, North America IB Coverage, EMEA Investment Banking) and as the Senior franchise business manager for the CEEMEA Region (Central and Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS, Middle East, Turkey and Africa).
Before joining JPMorgan in 2006 she worked in PwC (London and Istanbul) as financial auditor to Media, Telecomms and Publishing companies.

Katharine Braddick
Group Head of Strategic Policy and Advisor to the Group CEO, Barclays
Katharine Braddick joined Barclays in March 2022 in a new role as Group Head of Strategic Policy and senior adviser to the CEO. In this role she defines and executes Barclays’ strategic policy agenda, aligning it to Barclays’ multi-jurisdictional government and regulatory landscape.
Before joining Barclays she was Director General for Financial Services at HM Treasury; earlier in her career she worked at the Bank of England and the UK Financial Services Authority. She began her career in the civil service and has also worked at the Association of British Insurers.
Danny Lopez
CEO, Glasswall
Danny is the CEO of award-winning cyber security firm Glasswall, which delivers unique protection against sophisticated threats through its groundbreaking technology. For two years up until August 2018 Danny was the COO at Blippar, a UK-based augmented reality (AR) pioneer.
Between 2011 and 2016 Danny was the British Consul General to New York and Director General for trade and investment across North America, having previously been appointed by the Mayor of London as the inaugural CEO of London & Partners.
Danny is a non-executive director at both Innovate Finance and Aquis Stock Exchange, and a pro bono advisor to the City of London Corporation.
